  • 1 full season-long assignment (posted on calendar on 6/3) OR
  • 5 sessions during the regular season meets

Please sign up for 1 Full Season job (jobs and details are found on the calendar on June 3) or 5 Regular Season Jobs (listed on the calendar by meet day).

OPEN SEASON LONG JOBS FOR NEXT YEAR:


SPIRIT WEAR COORDINATOR - Design and order of spirit wear, swim caps, banners, coaches shirts, etc.  Work with local print shop on orders.  This position needs to start in the spring to get ready for the fall. If you are interested, please contact Cheryl.

  • Each family is required to submit a $200 volunteer deposit check for the summer season.
  • After fulfilling all volunteer sessions, we will destroy the volunteer check
  • We will ask you to sign in every time you volunteer so we can keep track of your volunteer sessions.
  • We will notify you before the end of the season if it does not look like you will be fulfilling your volunteer requirements and work with you to find volunteer sessions. (we will not suddenly cash your check)
  • If you would prefer us to cash your check, rather than fulfilling your volunteer sessions, please let us know.  Write: "please cash my volunteer deposit" on the registration form.

  A couple notes on volunteer sign-up:

The board reserves the right to assign/fill certain key volunteer positions (e.g. Head Official) or positions which require work in advance of the Summer Season (e.g. Bagel Coordinator) or in advance of the registration meeting.  All other positions are offered up for sign-up on a first come/first serve basis beginning at the registration meeting until all positions are filled.
